Tired of doctors who treat their patients like cattle and having read his exceedingly good reviews on Practo, I traveled more than half an hour to consult with Dr Nishant for the Chikungunya which had made my life miserable, especially after one doctor said it was 'simple' viral fever (and prescribed antibiotics) and another, having diagnosed Chikungunya, declared me fit after one day of no pain (the pain returned with a vengeance the very next day). To begin with, the clinic was clean and well-managed. My appointment was at 8 pm - the doctor met me without much delay, and the rest of my visit exceeded all expectations.

Dr Nishant listened to my entire history with patience, which itself put me at ease because finally a doctor had actually heard me out. He then proceeded to give me a detailed explanation of my condition and its expected progression. Thereafter he typed out my prescription, along with diagnosis, investigations and instructions on when an how to take the medications. He then printed out the prescription - I was taken aback at this, as it was the first time I could actually read and understand a doctor's prescription. He then went ahead and explained to me why he was prescribing each blood test and medication. Lastly, he gave me detailed advice on how to best manage the condition.

It is easy for me to be biased towards a doctor who is close to my age, but I think anyone would find Dr Nishant to be very reliable and trustworthy, not just because of his accurate diagnosis, professional approach and use of technology, but also for his grounded and friendly nature - a trait that often seems lacking in others who practice his profession. To sum up, I would trust Dr Nishant not only with my health, but hereafter, also the heath of my family.

Dr. Nishant is my trusted health adviser and diabetologist. Have been seeing him since last 3+ years. Through all my interactions with him, he comes across as a man of few words *** ******* ******* ******** ********* *** ******** ******* * ********** *** *** ********* He has been instrumental in controlling my sugar levels from as high as 350+ down to 115-120.

But the best of him was yet to come. An year back, my 77 years old father got mis-diagnosed and treated for lungs TB by some hospital and doctors in Noida. When his health started falling, I decided to show it to Dr. Nishant. He not only examined him closely but immediately ordered couple of important tests. Seeing the reports, he told us that this doesn't sound like TB and could be something more scary and referred us to one of his chest specialist freinds Dr. Arun Lakhanpal. That's when we got to know that it was a 4th stage lung cancer. Of course, we didn't loose time and got him the best of doctors, hospital and treatment and today he's 200% recovered and back to the pink of health!!

The first right and thoughtful step in this whole process was to point out wrongly diagnosed disease and referral to the correct specialist. I through this forum want to put on record that Dr. Nishant has been a god sent angel for us in that context. Had it been not for him, with certainilty i would have lost my father.

This points to one single thing.. Dr Nishant's credibility as a healthcare adviser and specialist is simply second to none. Dr. Nishant.. You are a fantastic doc and a great human being. I wish you the very best in everything you undertake..

Dr Nishant is our go to family doctor since last 10 years. He is a very good listener and discusses the advised medication and tests. We are very lucky to find such a good doctor and human being. My mother also has big faith on him.

Dr. Nishant is a very good doctor which I have experienced in last couple of years. My mother has chronic "Rheumatoid Arthritis" and we consulted him for the first time about 2-3 years back in Yatharth Hospital, Sector 110, Noida. My mother had very sever problem in walking and severe pain in her body, swelling etc. After diagnosed all the required test, he prescribed medicines which drastically improved her condition.

Later, he suggested a injection for "osteoporosis" to improve bone condition and it worked really fine. Now, my mother is in better situation and visits him every month for checkup.

I strongly recommend Dr. Nishant Singh. He is very caring, understand the diereses well and does not prescribe any unnecessary medicines or test.

I was not supposed to write here, but unfortunately my experience laid me down to give my honest feedback here. He might be good or best in his practices *** ********* but I feel he doesn't takes here patience seriously. I visited his clinic thrice in a month and every time he has prescribed me with lab test and new medicines basis on test result. I had been taking his prescriptions sincerely to get rid of problems. but later on those medicines affected my digestion system and intestine badly that I have started getting blood in my stool and red spots on back, face and head. but on inquiring this with him , I felt his response was very cool with one more test of stool and asked me visit the clinic. later I googled those medicines and came to know these medicines has been banned in other countries as they cause serious side effects. Infact as Doctor Responsibility I didn't get any follow call even getting such a serious problems. After all I have visited to my family doctor at my hometown and it took only 3-5 days to overcome from all the problems.

At last I am not saying he is not good in his practices, but I suggest Nidaan clinic to take their patient's problem seriously and atleast spend a good time to listen their queries and give best medicine to get them cure asap,

I was visited 4 days back as my father was having fever and body pain. As per practo appointment it was 9:30 am but Dr.came at 10.15 long time wait for him although my father was not even in condition of sitting . The medicine he prescribed was so high dose that his entire throat got wound types. He prescribed certain lab test we made it done in his clinic but when I went to show reports to doctor he did'nt even examine them just wrote one more medicine as i told the problem what my father felt after taking 2 dose of medicine .

My husband suffered a lot due to the reaction of medicine given by you ..now 3 month has passed but still treatment is going on ..we have visited 3 times jhansi for treatment and as u wrote in last comment that your hometown doctor provided medicine without any test so sir I just want to tell you he advised for all test and after test report only he gave medicine he has 35 year exp and he is best doc in bundelkhand and he told us that due to reaction of medicine rajeev is facing issue ..I never thought I ll give my feedback here but after reading your comment i had to write ..you are saying we should go to government hospital to save money sir if we want to save money only we never think to go jhansi every visit cost for us around 5k..In last I want to say if some one is giving honest feedback then please accept it.

He is an excellent professional and human being. Listens and gives time to his patients.No hurries.

I had my sugar level >600 (pp)/Hba1c = 10.7 and 2 months of treatment plus following his advises its like normal days for me.Plus I visited him for my mom suffering from arthritis - minimal tests and medicines - and my mom has started showing good improvements. He saved her life as dexa scan showed quite intense weakness in bone and he promptly acted on it.

He is anytime reachable by his patients and deals with them like brother/family.

I visit for my wife treatment reg low BP and viral as well as for my viral fever treatment since one month ago and at persent for hypertension due to some less physical exercise is being done by me.

Doctor is humble and discuss reg proper treatment in any case ,i highly recommend the doctor with my own experience. Although one thing is to mention here ,i am not satisfied with the report of maxlab,other lab such as SRL and Dr lal lab is better than Maxlab as i feel in some related report of pathology.

Professional, available on time, will talk to the point, thankful and grateful to him to help me address my ailment, Felt as if friend is advising remedies, Easy going, stay with technology, Though his cabin is not well illuminated but gives a feeling of confidentiality and comfort. He will advise natural resources, and stress on being active. Though at times i feel there are many pills, but it works.
